Rick Caruso's dazzling new development, Americana at Brand opens this morning. Located in the heart of Downtown Glendale the new development is designed to reconnect and re-energize the city with 74 unique shops and fashion boutiques along with casual and fine dining in a sumptuous outdoor setting.
The Green, an almost two-acre central common is an enticing gathering spot with children’s play area, animated fountain and lush landscaping. The Americana at Brand also features a monumental 12-foot crystal outdoor chandelier suspended across Caruso Avenue just west of Brand Blvd.
Friday visitors to The Americana at Brand will experience live entertainment, face painting and balloon artists. There will also be a dog adoption site set up, plus special offers from various retailers and there will be different events set up all weekend long.
